Stromboli

Yum, yum, yum!  This is super delish!  Just don't count the calories on this.  It's one of those indulgent meals.:)  Enjoy!
 Ingredients:
-1 (1 lb) frozen Rhodes bread dough
-1/4 lb ham, slices
-1/4 lb hard salami
-1 1/2 cups mixed shredded provolone and mozzarella
-1 tsp dried oregano, divided
-extra virgin olive oil
-cornmeal
-marinara sauce, for dipping
Directions:
Lay out a large piece of wax paper.  Coat it generously with cooking spray.  Place frozen dough on it and let thaw out and rise (about 2-3 hours).
Once risen, preheat oven to 375 F.
Flatten and spread dough on cookie sheet.  Lay the ham on dough.  Top it with the salami.  Spread 1/2 tsp oregano on top.  Spread cheese evenly.  Top with the remaining oregano.  Fold the dough lengthwise.  Flip the dough.  Brush it lightly with olive oil and sprinkle a little cornmeal on it.  Flip it back up and repeat the process with the olive oil and cornmeal.
Bake in preheated oven for about 22 minutes, or until nice and golden brown.
Heat the marinara sauce.  Slice the stromboli and dip it in the marinara sauce.  Enjoy!

Oh Ioana, this looks soooo good!!!! I'm going to make it one of these days (will use non-dairy cheese and I'm sure it won't taste just the same, but still!) :)
Thanks so much for sharing your recipes!
