Sesame Chicken

This is another super delicious dish.  The list of ingredients might look long, but the process is very quick and easy.  Enjoy!
-2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch chunks
-2 Tbs sesame seeds
-2 green onions, sliced
For marinade:
-1 tsp chicken broth
-1/4 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp sesame oil
-dash of white pepper
-1/4 tsp sugar
-1 Tbs apple juice
For batter:
-1/2 cup flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 egg, beaten
-1/2 cup water
-3 Tbs cornstarch
-salt, to taste
-1 Tbs vegetable oil
For sauce:
-3 Tbs honey
-2 Tbs sugar
-salt, to taste
-2 Tbs ketchup
-1 Tbs white distilled vinegar
-dash of black pepper
Combine all marinade ingredients into large bowl.  Add chicken chunks.  Stir well, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
After the 30 minutes, combine all batter ingredients into a bowl.  Scoop the chicken chunks from the marinade with a fork and dip them into the batter, one by one.  Deep fry them until golden brown.  Drain on paper towels.
In a large skillet or wok, combine all the sauce ingredients.  Heat up until bubbly.  Add chicken.  Stir to coat.  Remove from heat.  Serve on top of white rice and garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.  Enjoy!
