This is such a nice, tasty dish!. As usual, with slow cooker meals, the meat falls off the bone and simply melts in your mouth. The seasoning was also really nice and just perfect. I served ours over rice with some sweet peas. Enjoy!
-4 chicken thighs, bone in and skin on
-2 Tbs margarine or butter
-1 dry packet Garlic and Herb dressing mix
-2 cans fat free cream of chicken soup
-1 (8oz) package cream cheese, at room temperature
-1 tsp seasoned salt
-1 tsp garlic powder
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve on top with rice. Sprinkle with pepper and enjoy!
