BLT Pasta Salad
I should change the recipe name to BST, because I like spinach better than lettuce in my salad. That aside, this salad is by far the best pasta salad ever! I will definitely be making this again. All the flavors blended in perfectly. It's pretty light too. Enjoy!
Ingredients:-7 oz cooked pasta (rigatoni, rotini, any kind of small tubular pasta would work)
-8 slices bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-1/8 cup lemon juice
-1 tsp sugar
-1 tsp seasoned salt
-1 large tomato, chopped
-1/4 cup green onions, sliced
-2 cups baby spinach leaves
Directions:
In a small bowl combine mayo, lemon juice, seasoned salt and sugar. Mix well until smooth.
In a serving bowl add pasta, bacon, tomato and green onions. Toss with dressing. Stir in the spinach just before serving. Enjoy!
