Chicken 'N Biscuits

This is a nice, tasty and filling meal.  All in one dish too!  I absolutely love it.  It's one of those nice comfort foods.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-about 2 cups frozen vegetables (any mix you like- I went for broccoli, cauliflower and mushrooms)
-2 chicken breasts, cooked (I boiled mine) and cut into small chunks
-1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
-3/4 cup milk
-1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
-8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
-1 1/2 cups biscuit/baking mix
-2/3 cup milk
-1 (3 oz) package French-fried onions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a large bowl, combine the vegetables, chicken, soup, 3/4 cup milk, 1 cup cheese and bacon.  Mix well.  Pour into ungreased 9x13 baking dish.  Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the biscuit mix with the 2/3 cup of milk.  Drop the batter by spoonfuls onto chicken mixture.  Bake, uncovered, for about 22 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.  Sprinkle the onion and remaining cheese all over the dish.  Bake for about 4 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.  Enjoy!
