Mint Chocolate Chip Cake

My little man turned 5 last week and wanted an Indiana Jones mint chocolate chip cake.  So I went to work.:)  Mind you, I suck at decorating cakes.  Decorating skills aside, the cake came out soooo good!  It was VERY moist and simply delicious!  Everyone loved it.  I used whipped chocolate frosting for the topping.  It went very well with the cake.  Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 triple chocolate fudge cake mix with pudding in mix
-3 eggs
-1/2 cup oil
-1 1/4 cups water
-1 package instant chocolate pudding
-1 very generous cup Andes mint chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Mix all ingredients.  Pour into 9x13 inch pan.  Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until middle is set.  Let it cool completely.  Frost and decorate.  Enjoy!
