Peach Cobbler

I LOVE having a peach tree in our backyard, where I can just go and pick peaches as I please.:)  Of course, with so many peaches, we need to either eat a lot of them fast or put them into a delicious cobbler.  This is seriously so good!  I served ours hot with some vanilla ice cream on top. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
-1 cup sugar
-1 1/2 cup flour
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 1/2 tsp baking powder
-2/3 cups unsalted butter
-1 egg
Directions:
Preheat oven 375 F.
Place peaches on bottom of 9x13 baking dish.  Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.  Cut the butter into small chunks and add to the mixture.  Add the egg.  Mix until crumbly.  Sprinkle over fruit, covering all exposed fruit. Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until nice and golden.  Enjoy!
