Low and Slow Sweet and Sour Sauce

This sauce is finger licking good!  It takes a long time to cook it and that's what gives it its unique flavor. It's also quite versatile, as you can use it with pretty much any kind of meat: pork, chicken, shrimp, steak, ribs, etc. It also freezes well for future use. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup flour
-1 cup sugar
-2 Tbs dry mustard
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-3 cups hot water
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Brown your meat and place in large deep pan or pot.
Whisk all the sauce ingredients and pour on top of your meat. Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 1 hour. It will thicken and get very happy.
Prepare to lick your fingers!  Enjoy!
