Chicken Salad with Pickles and Peanuts

Chicken salads are such wonderful meals for busy days. They're easy to put together, the variations are endless, and they're super yummy.  This is one of our family favorites. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cooked and chopped OR 2 cans (12.5 oz each) chicken breasts, drained
-3 baby dill pickles, chopped
-1/2 cup peanuts
For dressing:
-1 cup mayonnaise
-1 Tbs dill pickle juice
-1 tsp dried dill
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
Directions:
Combine chicken, pickles and peanuts.  Mix well.
In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over chicken. Mix very well. Cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
Serve on toasted buns. YUM! Enjoy!
