Instant Pot Rice Pilaf

This is one of my favorite childhood dishes. It's comfort food to me. And it was time to try and make it in the Instant Pot. And it came out nice. :)  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs oil
-4 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in
-salt and pepper
-3 cups chicken broth
-2 cups water
-3 cups uncooked rice
-2 Tbs vegeta
Directions:
Pour oil in IP and set to saute. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. Place in hot oil and saute for 2-3 minutes on each side. Turn off the IP.
Add the broth, water, rice, vegeta, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper. Give it a good stir.
Secure the lid on top with the valve in the sealed position. Set to rice (it should say 12 minutes). Let the IP do its magic, then do a natural release.
Serve onto plates and enjoy!
