-1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
-4 (5 oz each) pork chops, boneless, trimmed of all visible fat
-1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
-1 Tbs brown sugar
-2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
-2 tsp vinegar
-2 tsp Tabasco sauce
-a dash of salt
-4 cloves garlic, finely minced
Pour tomato sauce on bottom of crockpot. Layer chops right on top. Add the onion slices on top of the pork.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pork and onions.
Cover and cook on low for 4.5-5 hours. The onions will still have a little crunch to them! Serve over white rice. Enjoy!
