Fried Potatoes with Bacon and Cabbage

 This is another great soul food. So easy, so delicious! The flavors are wonderful! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 lb bacon, chopped
-2 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
-6 garlic cloves, minced
-1 small head cabbage, cored and chopped
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, fry the bacon until nice and crisp. Remove onto paper towel lined plate. 
Leave the bacon grease in the pan and return to stove. Add the potatoes and fry for 10 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the cabbage. Give it a stir and cook, uncovered, for 5 more minutes. Season with the salt and pepper. Stir and return bacon bits to the pan.
Give it one last good stir and serve immediately. YUM! Enjoy!
