Easy Milk Gravy
This is a great addition to a serious comfort food dinner. The milk gravy is creamy and delicious. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
-1/4 cup flour
-2 cups milk (at least 2%)
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
Directions:
In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Whisk in the flour until nice and smooth. Add the milk. Whisk until smooth. Season with the salt and pepper. Give it a good stir and bring to a simmer. Simmer, stirring constantly, for 10-15 minutes or until thickened. Serve over mashies. YUM! Enjoy!
