Roasted BBQ Chicken with Veggies

Roasted meat and veggies on one sheet is one of the easiest dinners to make.  There are lots of variations on this yummy meal.  Here's my take on it.
Ingredients:
-olive oil flavored cooking spray
-1 Tbs seasoned salt
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp pepper
-4 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in
-1/2 cup bbq sauce (we prefer Sweet Baby Ray's)
For veggies:
**pretty much any veggies will work for this dish (baby carrots, asparagus, green beans, etc)
-1 lb brussels sprouts, stem cut and outer layer removed, halved
-1 small onion, halved and sliced
-10 oz cherry tomatoes
-olive oil flavored cooking spray
-2 tsp salt
-2 tsp pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Coat half of a cookie sheet with the cooking spray. Sprinkle right on top half of the seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper.  Place chicken thighs on top of that, skin side up. Sprinkle remaining seasonings on top of the thighs, right on the skin.
Roast in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Once done, remove sheet from oven and brush each chicken thigh with the bbq sauce.
Place veggies on the other half of the sheet.  Coat with cooking spray and sprinkle with the salt and pepper.  Give it a good stir and make sure the brussels sprouts (if using) are cut side down.
Roast everything together (same oven temp 425 F) for 30 minutes.
Enjoy!
