Brown Sugar and Mustard Baked Ribs

These ribs are packed with so much flavor!  They are baked for a long time and they come out super tender, with the meat literally falling off the bone.  So, so delicious!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-8 lbs ribs, trimmed of all fat
-yellow mustard
-liquid smoke
-1 cup packed brown sugar
-1 Tbs lemon and pepper seasoning salt
-1 Tbs garlic powder
-1/2 Tbs salt
-1/2 Tbs onion powder
-2 tsp creole seasoning
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 250 F (yes, low and slow).
Place ribs on long strips of foil.  Rub each piece of ribs with yellow mustard on both sides, then sprinkle 2-3 Tbs liquid smoke on them.
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and all the spices.  Rub each piece of ribs with the sugar mixture, right on top of the mustard and liquid smoke.
Close very tightly each piece of foil, so that no steam can escape during baking. That's what will make them so, so tender.  Place on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 4-4.5 hours.
Enjoy!
