Instant Pot Mac and Cheese

This is super easy and fast, and quite delicious.  It's the perfect side dish.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb elbow macaroni
-4 cups water
-2 tsp salt
-3 Tbs salted butter
-1 cup heavy cream
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In your IP place the pasta, water and salt.  Give it a good stir.  Add the butter right on top.  Cover, with the vent in the sealed position.  Set on HIGH pressure manual for 4 minutes.
Do a quick release, take off the lid and set on saute. Add the heavy cream and give it a good stir.  Add the cheese and stir until nice and all melted. Enjoy!
