Instant Pot Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
This is one of those quick and yummy go-to meals. The IP cuts down the cooking time tremendously and you end up with a very nice home cooked meal. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1.5 lbs ground beef
-2 tsp seasoned salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp dry basil leaves
-1 tsp dry oregano leaves
-1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
-3 cups water
-1 lb spaghetti, broken in half
Directions:
Set the IP on saute. Add the beef and break it up as much as possible. Season with the salt, pepper, garlic powder, basil and oregano. Give it a good stir and cook until nice and brown.
Turn off the IP. Add the tomatoes and water. Give it a good stir. Add the spaghetti and stir.
Put on the lid with the valve in the sealed position. Set on manual LOW pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, do a natural release.
