Spicy Chicken Chili

This is what a bowl of goodness looks like!  😊 This chili is hearty, spicy and oh, so yummy!  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
-2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into chunks
-1 onion, finely chopped
-1 green bell pepper,  chopped
-1 red bell pepper, chopped
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tsp salt
-2 tsp pepper
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-2 tsp cumin
-2 tsp chipotle chile pepper
-5 Tbs flour
-4 cups chicken broth
-1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
-1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
-1 (4 oz) can chopped jalapenos
-1 cup heavy cream
-8 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
Directions:
Melt butter in large pot.  Add the chicken chunks and cook until nice and golden brown.  Add the onion and bell peppers.  Give it a good stir and cook for 5 minutes.  
Add the garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne, cumin and chipotle seasoning.  Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle the flour on top. Mix very well and cook for 1 minute.
Add the chicken broth, beans, corn and jalapenos.  Give it a good stir and bring the mixture to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally, add the cream and cheese. Give it one last good stir and cook for a couple of minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Ladle into bowls and enjoy! YUM!
