Beef and Noodles in Cheesy Sauce

This is another simple, yet hearty meal.  The cheese sauce is the key to this dish. It's simple and pretty quick.  Everything blends perfectly together.  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1.5 lbs ground beef, browned and fat drained
-1 lb wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
For cheese sauce:
-1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter
-1/2 cup flour
-5 cups milk (at least 2%)
-1 Tbs seasoned salt
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp pepper
-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a large saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour and whisk until the rue is nice and smooth. Continue whisking and add the milk, a little at the time.  Whisk well so that no lumps form and the sauce is nice and smooth.  Season with the salt, garlic powder and pepper.  Stir in the cheese.  Cook on low until cheese is melted and the sauce had thickened. 
Add the browned beef and cooked noodles.  Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
