Winter Peach Pie

Simple, quick and delicious.  Although fresh peaches are way better tasting than canned ones, this pie bring out the peach flavor perfectly, allowing us to enjoy peaches even in the dead of the winter.  Enjoy!
-2 (15.25 oz) canned peaches, drained, with juice reserved
-1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust, unbaked
-2/3 cup sugar
-1 Tbs flour
-2 Tbs margarine
-2 Tbs lemon juice
-1 egg
-1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
-1/3 cup juice from peaches
-whipped cream or ice cream for garnish :)
Preheat oven to 475 F.  Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.  Place pie crust onto lined baking sheet.
Pour the drained peaches into pie crust.
In a large mixing bowl cream together the sugar, margarine, flour and lemon juice.  Add peach juice, cinnamon and egg.  Mix until well combined.  Pour mixture over peaches.  Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.  Reduce the temperature to 325 F.  Continue baking for 50 more minutes.  Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream on top.  Yum! :)
