Musaca

This is another one of my childhood's favorites.  Sooo yummy!  It's like eating a burger and fries with a fork.:)  Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1.5 lbs ground pork
-2 lbs lean ground beef
-1 small onion, finely chopped
-about 5 lbs potatoes
-vegetable oil for frying
-lots of paper towels to take the grease off :)
-salt and pepper to taste
-4 eggs, beaten
-1/2 cup water
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 F.
Spray a large saute pan/wok with PAM.  Heat it up.  Add chopped onion, ground pork and ground beef and cook until meat is no longer pink.  Season with salt and pepper.  Remove from heat.
While meat is cooking, peel the potatoes and slice them in rounds about 1/4 inch thick.  Fry them in batches in hot oil, until golden brown.  Drain VERY well on paper towels.  Season them with salt.
In a 9x13 pan, place one layer of fried potatoes on the bottom.  Cover with half the meat mixture.  Repeat layers.  Add water to the beaten eggs and season with salt and pepper.  Pour egg mixture on top of casserole.  Place in preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.  Serve immediately.  Enjoy!
