French's Crunchy Onion Chicken
This was one of those recipes that you see on the back of a package and think that it deserves a try. Well, I'm glad I did, because it turned out quite nice. Enjoy!
Ingredients:-2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
-1 (3 oz) bag French's French Fried onions or store brand
-2 Tbs flour
-1 egg, beaten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Crush onions with flour in plastic bag. Dredge the chicken strips first through the egg then through onion-flour mixture. Place in baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
