Don't think of Chinese like orange sauce for this dish, because it's not. This has a beautiful and absolutely delicious orange sauce, much healthier and simple. So, so good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs orange juice
-2 Tbs white cooking wine
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp dried minced onions
-1 large garlic clove, minced
-1/4 tsp chili powder
-2 shakes hot sauce
-2 lbs boneless pork, cut into large chunks
-1 navel orange
Directions:
Coat the slow cooker with cooking spray. Add the juice, wine, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, and hot sauce. Mix well. Add the pork and give it a good stir, making sure that all the chunks are covered in the sauce.
Using the tip of a knife, pierce the orange all over the place. Cut in half and place the halves (pulp side down) on top of the pork.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.  Serve on top of cooked rice. Enjoy! YUM!
