Hot Ham and Cheese Rolls
These beauties make the perfect appetizer. They are super easy and quick to make. The glaze is fantastic and it gives the rolls the perfect touch. Make sure to serve them warm, right out of the oven. So good! Enjoy!
Recipe yields 24 rolls
Ingredients:
-2 (13.8 oz each) tubes refrigerated pizza dough
-1 lb thinly sliced black forest ham
-24 slices Swiss cheese
For glaze:
-1 cup (2 sticks) butter
-4 Tbs packed brown sugar
-2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
-2 Tbs Dijon mustard
-2 Tbs poppy seeds
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Unroll each pizza dough. Using a rolling pin, stretch out the dough, but not too thinly. Top each dough with half the ham and cheese slices. Carefully, roll and tuck in the ends, then place seam face down. Cut each roll into 12 slices and place on prepared sheet.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter the glaze. Add all remaining glaze ingredients. Once everything is well combined and smooth, remove from stove. Pour the glaze evenly over the 24 rolls.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy! YUM!
