Chocolate Chip Cheesecake with Dark Chocolate Brownie Crust
So easy and so delicious! This is such a wonderful dessert. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
For crust:
-1 (18.2 oz) box dark chocolate fudge brownie mix
-1 (18.2 oz) box dark chocolate fudge brownie mix
-1/3 cup water
-1/3 cup vegetable oil
-1 large egg
For cheesecake:
-1 cup heavy cream
-2 (8 oz each) packages cream cheese, at room temperature
-1 cup sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-10 oz mini semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F. Coat the bottom of 9" spring form with cooking spray and set aside.
Mix together the crust ingredients. Transfer to the prepared pan and spread evenly on bottom.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely in the pan.
Once cooled, let's make the cheesecake.
Pour cream in your electric mixer's bowl and whip until soft peaks form. Add the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Whip until well mixed. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Pour mixture evenly on top of cooled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
