Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli

Quick, easy and delicious! This is a wonderful meal for a busy night. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-10 oz frozen broccoli florets
For Sauce:
-3/4 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup water
-1/4 cup packed brown sugar
-1/2 tsp ground ginger
-2 Tbs cornstarch
Directions:
Coat a wok (or large skillet) with cooking spray. Once heated, add the chicken chunks. Cook until golden brown. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Stir in the frozen broccoli florets. Cook for 3 minutes.
Quickly whisk together the sauce ingredients. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Give it a good stir and bring to a boil. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until nice and thickened.
Serve immediately over cooked rice. Enjoy!
