Toast with Anchovy Butter and Radishes

Mmm, this is so good!  This is the perfect appetizer or light lunch. So flavorful, so amazing!  Delicious!  Enjoy!
-1/2 cup margarine
-1 (2oz) can flat anchovy fillets in oil, drained
-1 garlic clove, minced
-1 tsp lemon juice
-radishes, cleaned and sliced
Chop the anchovies in the blender (it's ok if they're a bit chunky).  Combine anchovies with margarine, garlic and lemon juice.  Mix well.  Spread a little on toast and top with sliced radishes.  Enjoy!


YUM! My mouth is watering! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE anchovie! I'm going to make this ASAP! :) What a neat idea to top it with radishes! Yum x 1000!
