Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Easy, hearty, and perfect at the end of a cold day. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-2 large chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
-1 (15 oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
-1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
-1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, NOT drained
-1.5 cups green enchilada sauce
-2 cups chicken broth
-1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tsp chili powder
For topping:
-shredded cheddar cheese
-sour cream
-tortilla strips
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into your slow cooker (minus the toppings). Give it a good stir. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours.
Ladle into bowls, top with cheese, sour cream and tortilla strips. Enjoy!
