No Bake Pumpkin Pie

 Quick, easy and delicious, this is the perfect fall dessert. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
For crust:
-1 cup graham cracker crumbs
-1/3 cup packed brown sugar
-4 Tbs butter, melted
For filling:
-1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
-1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
-2 cups milk
-1 Tbs pumpkin pie spice
For topping:
-whipped cream
-cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all crust ingredients and set aside.
Combine all filling ingredients and refrigerate for 5 minutes or until set.
To assemble, scoop a couple of generous spoons of filling on the bottom of your dish. Top with 3 generous spoonfuls of filling. Finish with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon. YUM! Enjoy!
