Slow Cooker Garlic-Brown Sugar Chicken

 Super quick and easy! This dish bursts with flavor and the chicken is super tender. I served ours with rice, but mashies would work just as well. So yummy! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1/3 cup packed brown sugar
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp pepper
-5-6 cloves garlic, minced
-5-6 chicken thighs, skin-on, bone-in
Directions:
Coat the bottom and sides of slow cooker with cooking spray. On the bottom of the slow cooker, sprinkle a little salt and pepper, a little of the brown sugar, and a little of the garlic. Place the chicken, skin side up right on top. Sprinkle with remaining sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve over cooked rice. YUM! Enjoy!
