Pork and Shrimp with Noodles

 What a delicious dish this is! The flavors are absolutely wonderful together and they make for a perfect, hearty meal. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-4 ( 3 oz each) packs ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
-3 Tbs vegetable oil
-1 lb pork, boneless, trimmed of fat, cut into small chunks
-12 oz shrimp, peeled, deveined, with tails removed
-8 oz mushrooms, sliced
-1 lb back shredded cabbage mix
-4 green onions, cleaned and chopped
For the sauce:
-6 Tbs sherry cooking wine
-6 Tbs soy sauce
-2 tsp sugar
-ground pepper
Directions:
Keep a pot of boiling water on standby.
In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil. Add the pork chunks and cook for a couple of minutes. Add the shrimp and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the mushrooms, cabbage mix, and green onions. Give it a good stir, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until veggies start to wilt.
Meanwhile, boil the noodles in the hot water for a couple of minutes. Drain and add to the veggie mixture.
Quickly whisk the sauce ingredients and add to the wok.
Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
Serve immediately. YUM! Enjoy!
