Instant Pot Pineapple-BBQ Chicken

 So quick, so easy, so yummy! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-1 (16 oz) bottle Hawaiian bbq sauce (we prefer the Sweet Baby Ray's brand)
-1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
Directions:
Coat the bottom of your IP with cooking spray. Add the chicken chunks, bbq sauce, and crushed pineapple. Close the lid with the valve in the sealed position. Set to manual high for 7 minutes.
Do a quick release.
Serve immediately on top of cooked rice. Enjoy!
