Instant Pot BBQ Baby Back Pork Ribs

So easy and so insanely delicious!! These ribs are finger licking good and so tender that they literally fall off the bone, just like perfect ribs should. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-1 cup water
-1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
-1/2 tsp liquid smoke
-2.5-3 lbs baby back pork ribs
-1/4 cup packed brown sugar
-2 Tbs chili powder
-2 tsp dried parsley flakes
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp cumin
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1/4 tsp cayenne
-good bbq sauce (we prefer Sweet Baby Ray's)
Directions:
Place the trivet (rack) insert into your IP. Coat the bottom and sides of your IP  and trivet with cooking spray. Pour the water, vinegar and liquid smoke on the bottom of the IP.
Section the ribs into 3 parts, for an easier handle.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, chili, parsley, salt, pepper, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne. Mix well, then rub generously both sides of the ribs with it. Place the ribs inside the pot, standing on their side and wrapping around the inside of the pot (in a circle).
Secure the lid on top with the valve in the sealed position. Set the IP to Meat for 25 minutes.
Do a natural release.
Set your oven to HIGH broil. Line a cookie sheet with foil and brush generously with bbq sauce. Once the IP has come to a stop, carefully remove the super tender ribs onto the prepared sheet, right on top of the bbq sauce. Brush the top with more bbq sauce. Broil in preheated oven for 5 minutes, keeping an eye on it.
Serve and enjoy! YUM!!!
