Easy Cake Mix (Cherry Chip) Cookies

Yes, you might say that this is cheating, but sometimes it's ok to use boxed stuff, like cake mix. With this recipe you can use any cake mix you like. I had a cherry chip mix, so that's what I used. And it only take 3 ingredients! And the cookies are absolutely delicious! Enjoy!

Recipe yields 2 dozen cookies

Ingredients:

- 1 (15.25 oz) box cake mix 

-1/2 cup vegetable oil

-2 large eggs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Once nice and smooth, place dough in the fridge for one hour.

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Drop rounded balls of dough onto prepared sheets (one dozen per sheet).

Bake in preheated oven for 11 minutes or until edges become golden brown.

Remove from oven, cool, and enjoy!
