Simple Oven Roasted Salmon
I absolutely love salmon! It's got such a wonderful natural flavor, that it doesn't require much tweaking. Here's a very simple way of roasting it in the oven. The roasting time depends on the thickness of your fish. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-salmon fillets, 4-6 oz each, with or without skin (doesn't matter)
-olive oil cooking spray
-lemon juice
-salt
-pepper
-garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 F.
Coat a cookie sheet with olive oil cooking spray. Lay the salmon fillets on top, skin side down (if any).
Generously, coat the top of the fish with olive oil cooking spray. Drizzle about one tsp lemon juice on each fillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Roast in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish. When it flakes easily, it's ready.
Enjoy!
