Instant Pot Baked Beans (No soaking!)

With the warmer weather finally here, we're ready to enjoy lots of bbqs and baked beans are a big part of it. This recipe is super easy and so, so delicious! The beans are perfectly cooked and they don't need to be soaked priorly! How awesome is that! The flavors are amazing and this makes the perfect side dish. Yum! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-6 cups water
-2 tsp salt
-1 lb dry beans (I used pinto beans), picked of any debris and rinsed
-1 lb bacon, chopped
-1 onion, finely diced
For Sauce:
-3/4 cup molasses
-3/4 cup ketchup
-1 1/2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
-1/2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
-1/2 tsp dry mustard
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp chili powder
Directions:
Place water, salt, and cleaned beans in your IP. Give it a stir. Place the lid on top with the valve in the sealed position. Set to the bean setting for 60 minutes.
Do a natural release. Drain the beans and leave them aside for a little.
Set the IP on saute. Add the bacon and cook until nice and golden brown. Add the onion and cook until soft.
While that's cooking, whisk together the sauce ingredients.
Turn off the IP. Add the beans and sauce. Give it all a good stir. Place the lid on top with the valve in the sealed position. Set for 30 minutes on HIGH pressure. Do a natural release.
Enjoy this super delicious dish! YUM!
