Lexie's Chicken-Broccoli-Ramen Stir-Fry

Lexie made this quick and delicious meal for us the other day. Everything comes together really fast, so make sure you have things prepped before, so that you can just add them as you go. The flavors are wonderful together. So good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 Tbs oil, divided
-2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into chunks
-salt and pepper
-1 head broccoli, chopped into florets
-2 packets ramen noodles, seasoning packets discarded
-sesame seeds, for topping
For the sauce:
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-1/4 cup chicken broth
-1 Tbs cornstarch
-1 Tbs rice or wine vinegar
-2 Tbs brown sugar
-3 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet/wok. Add the chicken chunks and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove chicken onto plate and return wok to stove.
Add the broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
While the broccoli is cooking, quickly whisk sauce ingredients together and set aside. Also, cook the noodles according to package directions.
Once broccoli is done, add the sauce and give it a good stir. Cook for a couple of minutes. 
Drain the noodles and add to wok. Add the cooked chicken. Give it one last good stir.
Serve into bowls and top with sesame seeds. YUM! Enjoy!
