Quick and Easy Lemon Creme Pie
Ingredients:
-8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
-1/2 cup sugar
-1 (21 oz) can lemon creme pie filling
-8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
-1 (9 or 10 inch) graham cracker crust
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until nice and smooth. Add half of the lemon filling and beat until completely incorporated. Fold in the whipped topping.
Pour this goodness into the pie crust. Spread remaining lemon pie filling right on top.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
