Fried Mashies
This is so simple and so, so delicious!! It's a fantastic way of using those leftover mashed potatoes. The outside crust is buttery and a bit crunchy, while the inside is soft and it melts in your mouth. Oh, so good! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-4 Tbs butter
-1 cup leftover mashed potatoes
Directions:
Melt the butter in large skillet.
Form 2 patties out of the mashies and place in hot butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until a beautiful golden brown crust forms on the outside. Serve immediately. YUM! Enjoy!
