Easy Chicken Parmesan Cups

This is another family favorite. It's also super easy and quick (under 30 minutes). The flavors are nicely blended together.  This also makes a wonderful appetizer or snack. So yummy and easy!  Enjoy!
This recipe yields 24 cups
Ingredients:
-2 (8 oz each) tubes refrigerated crescent dough
-12 frozen chicken nuggets
-1 (15 oz) jar marinara sauce
-1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Coat 2 muffin pans with cooking spray and set aside.
Take the dough and press it into one rectangle, without any seams. Using a pizza cutter, divide each rectangle into 12 pieces (that will give you 24 pieces). Place each piece of dough into prepared pans.
Microwave frozen nuggets for 1 minute. Cut in half and place a half of chicken nugget into each dough cup. Top each cup with 1 1/2-2 Tbs marinara sauce and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and enjoy!
