Chicken-Pear Salad

 There's something magical about mixing chicken with fruit. It really comes out delicious! This is another quick and easy dinner with yummy results. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-6 oz lemon yogurt (Yoplait works great)
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-1 Tbs poppy seeds 
-2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cooked and cut into chunks
-3 medium pears, cored and diced
-1 bunch green onions, cleaned and diced
-1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-small tortillas
-shredded lettuce
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayo, and poppy seeds. Once well mixed, add the chicken chunks, pears, onions, grapes and walnuts. Mix very well, cover and refrigerate for 1-8 hours. 
When ready to enjoy, place some shredded lettuce on a tortilla, then top with the chicken salad. Enjoy!
