Asian Marinated Grilled Shrimp

 So easy and so delicious! The shrimp is packed with so much flavor. I like to serve ours with some simple mamaliga (fresh polenta) and some roasted veggies. Easy and delicious! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs jumbo shrimp, shells and tails on
-3/4 cup Asian Ginger-Sesame Dressing
-1/3 cup soy sauce
-1/3 cup honey
-1 tsp ground ginger
-3 garlic  cloves, minced
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions:
Place shrimp in large bowl. 
In a smaller bowl, whisk really well the dressing, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and red pepper flakes. Once well mixed, reserve 1/4 cup of the marinade.  Pour remaining marinade over shrimp and stir to coat evenly. 
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Remove shrimp from marinade and place on hot grill. 
Grill for a couple of minutes on each side, basting with the remaining marinade.
Serve hot off the grill. Yum! Enjoy!
