Slow Cooker Spicy Sausage-Potato Soup

Here's a family favorite. We all love this soup so much! All the flavors combine wonderfully. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb bulk spicy pork sausage
-4 cups shredded hash browns (thawed, if frozen)
-2 (10 3/4 oz each) cans cream of mushroom soup
-2.5 cups water
-1 (15 oz) can sweet corn, drained
-1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
-1 bunch green onions, cleaned and chopped
-1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
-1 Tbs dried OR frozen minced onion
-1 tsp cayenne pepper
-1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-8 oz French onion dip
Directions:
Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain any fat rendered. 
Add the sausage to your slow cooker. Add the hash browns, soup, water, corn, tomatoes, all onions, bell pepper, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Mix very well, cover and cook on LOW for 5 hours. 
Stir in the cheese and onion dip and continue cooking on LOW for another 30 minutes. 
Serve and enjoy! YUM!
