Roasted Pork with Sauerkraut
Here's another super easy meal to put together. The pork is perfectly roasted and the flavors are great together. I served ours with mamaliga and they went so good together. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-2 lbs sauerkraut brined in salt, do NOT drain
-4 lbs pork roast
-1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Pour the sauerkraut and its juice into 9x13 pan. Spread evenly. Top with the pork. Sprinkle the sugar on top of the pork.
Cover with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 90 minutes.
Slice the roast and serve on top of mamaliga, with a good dollop of the sauerkraut on top. Enjoy!
