Easy Creamy Cranberry Salad

 This makes a wonderful side dish for your Thanksgiving feast. Everything is fresh and tasty. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-12 oz fresh cranberries, chopped (the food processor works great for this)
-1 apple, cored and chopped (again, use the food processor; gala apples work best for this)
-1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
-2/3 cup sugar
-a pinch of salt
-2 cups mini marshmallows
-1/2 cup chopped walnuts
-16 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix the chopped cranberries, apple, pineapple, sugar, salt, and marshmallows. Give it a good stir, cover and refrigerate over night.
When ready to serve, stir in the walnuts and thawed whipped topping. Enjoy!
