Honey Mustard and Garlic Drums

 The glaze is what makes this dish pure heaven. It simply is finger licking good! It works great on other cuts of meat. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
-5 lbs drumsticks
-salt and pepper
-1/3 cup honey
-1/3 cup honey Dijon mustard
-4 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray generously with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange the drums on the prepared sheet in a single layer. Coat the top of the drums with cooking spray and season with salt and pepper.
Place in preheated oven and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
While the drums are baking, whisk together the honey, honey-Dijon mustard, and garlic.
Remove drumsticks from the oven. Turn the oven on HIGH broil.
Brush half of the honey glaze on top of the drums. Broil for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip drums on the other side and brush with remaining glaze. Broil for 3 minutes on that side.
Remove and enjoy! YUM!
