Potato-Zucchini Parmesan Bake

This is another great side dish. It's easy to put together and pretty yummy. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb zucchini, sliced
-2.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves
-2 cups heavy cream
-1.5 cups shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
-1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat the bottom and sides of 9x13 dish with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the sliced zucchini, sliced potatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Once well mixed, pour into prepared dish.
Mix together the cream, 1 cup of the cheese, and garlic powder. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated oven for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, let it sit for about 10 minutes, then dig in and enjoy! Yum!
