Lexie's Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cinnamon and Ginger

There are so many variations of amazing chocolate chip cookies and this is certainly one of them. The cookies are soft and delicious. The cinnamon and ginger gave them such a nice, outstanding flavor that you just can't stop eating them. SO yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 cups packed brown sugar
-2 cups (4 sticks) butter, softened
-2 large eggs
-2 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tsp baking soda
-2 tsp ground ginger
-1 Tbs cinnamon
-1 tsp salt
-4 cups flour
-3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (dark chocolate works fine too)
-powdered sugar for rolling cookies
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line cookies sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Cream the sugar and butter. Add the eggs and vanilla. Mix well, then add in the baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, salt, and flour, half of cup at a time. Stir in the chocolate chips. Make small balls out of dough and roll them through the powdered sugar.
Place on prepared sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. YUM! Enjoy!
