Pasta With Artichokes And Blue Cheese

This is another quick and delicious dinner idea. I love the combination of blue cheese with marinated artichokes and kalamata olives. So yummy! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, shells, etc)
-1 (12 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, roughly chopped**do NOT drain**
-3/4 cup roasted garlic hummus
-1 cup kalamata olives, pitted and halved
-1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
-pepper
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and immediately toss in all the ingredients, including the marinade from the artichokes.
Give it a really good stir, scoop into bowls and top with a little more pepper. Enjoy!
