Instant Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta

Easy and delicious! This is perfect for one of those crazy busy nights. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-3 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, cut into chunks
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 cup water
-1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
-1 tsp dried basil
-1 tsp dried oregano
-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
-1 lb small pasta (rotini, penne work great)
-2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Coat your IP with cooking spray. Dump all ingredients, except for the cheeses, into the IP. Give it a good stir.
Cover, with the valve secured into the sealed position. Set to cook on manual HIGH for 6 minutes.
Do a natural release.
Uncover, stir, then add the cheeses on top. Place the lid on top for a couple of minutes to allow the cheese to melt.
Scoop onto plates and enjoy! Yum!
